No. Ashley Massage operates exclusively as a mobile service. We do not have a storefront or studio.
We serve Chicago and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your location is within our service area, please contact us prior to booking.
Clients are asked to provide: • Two clean flat sheets (any size) • Hotel guests may request two flat sheets from the front desk. • A quiet, comfortable space for setup and treatment

Yes, same-day appointments may be available with the following requirements: • A minimum 2-hour notice is required • Same-day appointments must be booked before 7:00 PM • No same-day requests on Sunday • Availability is limited
Yes. Clients are responsible for any parking fees, with average costs ranging from $8–$30 depending on location.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
