Policies & Terms

At Ashley Massage, we value professionalism, mutual respect, and clear communication. The following policies are in place to ensure a seamless and elevated experience for every client.

Mobile Service Policy

Ashley Massage is a mobile-only massage service. All services are provided at the client’s home, hotel, office, or approved location. We do not operate from a physical studio.

Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled through our secure online booking system, powered by GlossGenius and embedded directly into our website.

Clients are welcome to call or text with questions; however, appointments are not confirmed until booked online and secured with a deposit.

Deposit Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits must be submitted via Zelle or Apple Pay.

Appointments are not reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: By advance appointment only

Same-day appointments are not available on Sundays.

Same-Day Appointment Policy

Same-day appointments may be available Monday through Saturday with the following conditions:

  • A minimum 2-hour notice is required
  • Same-day bookings must be completed before 7:00 PM
  • Availability is limited and not guaranteed

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice
  • Same-day cancellations
  • No-shows

may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients are expected to be ready at the scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the schedule and will be charged at the full session rate.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth experience, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing two clean flat sheets (any size)
  • Hotel guests may request sheets from the front desk
  • Providing a safe, clean, and quiet space for the session
  • Ensuring pets are secured away from the treatment area

Parking Policy

Clients are responsible for any parking fees associated with the appointment.

Parking costs typically range from $8–$30, depending on location.

Payment Policy

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Zelle
  • Apple Pay
  • Cash

Full payment (minus deposit) is due at the time of service.

Professional Conduct Policy

Ashley Massage provides professional therapeutic massage services only.

Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the session
  • No refund of services or deposit
  • Permanent refusal of future services

Right to Refuse Service

Ashley Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

  • The environment is unsafe or unsanitary
  • The client appears impaired
  • Professional boundaries are not respected

Health & Wellness Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or areas of concern prior to the session. Ashley Massage is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
